Is it safe to use the extension?

Chrome store extension codes are reviewed manually by Google team, if an extension is danger on user privacy, or goes against the terms of use, they would take it down immediately. Yes, It is safe.

Is my phone number exposed to any third parties?

Your WhatsApp phone number is not required to use the extension, neither in the free subscription, nor in the premium one.

If you choose to join the WhatsApp support group, you will be known to everyone inside the group.

By using the Webhooks feature, the values you select while setting up your webhook will be passed to the webhook endpoint.

Are my conversations or contacts exposed to any third parties?

No, the export features get the data from the browser memory, and saves it immediately to your computer, the data is not exposed or processed anywhere outside your computer.

By using the Contacts Synchronizing feature, the contacts you save are passed to your phone or CRM software through our secure Google Firebase server, then deleted from the server directly after successfully getting saved on your phone or CRM software. 

If I buy a premium subscription, will my payment information be safe?

Your payment is processed through the global secure payment system provider, Paddle (https://paddle.com), you can read here about how Paddle deals with your information you provide while paying (https://paddle.com/privacy/).

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel or pause your subscription anytime through Paddle, cancellation link is sent with the invoice to your email address after you successfully subscribe.

WA Web Plus marketing features are not intended to mass message people or spam them, it is intended to send congratulations, greetings and special invitation messages to family, friends and people you know, please use responsibly.

If you decide to misuse these features, you might put your WhatsApp account at risk of permanently getting blocked.


If you didn’t like the app, you may ask for a refund.

If the extension didn’t comply with your needs, or if the features you expected didn’t work, you may ask for a refund within 7 days after your subscription.

To ask for a refund, please send your order ID or the email address you used to subscribe, to support@wawplus.com, and we will initialize the refund through Paddle, please note that the refund process might take a few hours to initiate, and the payment might take up to 3 business days to reach your card or Paypal account.
